NeatAgent is the first “merchant model” application tailored specifically for traditional “bricks and mortar” travel agencies. These traditional agencies provide comprehensive travel services for their clients in person or over the telephone and represent more than 60% of today’s travel distribution.

Using NeatAgent, travel agents create customized E-Packs^TM for their clients, including combinations of air, hotel and car rental. In addition, agents can set their own mark-up that is included in the total E-Packs price, and receive payment of the mark-up automatically through ARC. Due to the supplier controls afforded by NeatSource^TM, NeatAgent offers travel agents access to a wider array of products and prices that could otherwise have been offered. NeatAgent operates in real-time against current available inventory for current day travel or for travel a year in advance, so agents can create customized E-Packs to virtually any destination.

NeatAgent is adaptable for use in travel agency, airline, hotel, or car rental reservation and call center environments. Since Neat’s DCS technology is web-based, it is easy and convenient to use and requires no integration with existing systems.
